Stress is a part of life, but when we have constant stress, it can be overwhelming.  but Simple good habits such as healthy eating and regular exercise can help manage stress.  It is also important to take a break from electronics when stressed and always be in tune with your emotions.     Eat Clean

    Our diet plays a big role in managing stress. Include fatty fish, magnesium-rich foods such as nuts and leafy greens, lean protein at every meal and spices such as sasffron, curcumin and ginger.

    Try deep breathing, practice yoga or meditate,  even if it for a few minutes each day.

    Keep Moving

    We know exercise is good for our mood and our health, but it is even more beneficial when done outdoors. People who exercise outside report feeling less tense and more energized than those who did indoor workouts.

    People with insomnia are 17 times more likely to have clinical anxiety than more-sound sleepers, according to the National Sleep Foundation. Set a nightime routine to relax, power down your phone and other screens at least an hour before bed and make sleep a priority in your life.
