Galloway Township is celebrating its 250th anniversary this year, and they're throwing a big party.

They're throwing parties all summer, and the township is inviting everyone to stop by and take part in the fun.

Below is the calendar of events, to help you plan.

June 21  The series of events kicks off this Friday from 5:30 to 8:30 with Music in the Park.  This is a concert featuring The Funky Boys, as well as a beer and wine garden from Romanelli's, the Naughtigirl Food Truck, Chillin' Out Ice Cream, and more.

June 22  On Saturday, from 2 until 6 it's the official summer kick-off, music from the Whitewalls and some of the best food trucks in the region.  There will be a beer garden as well as some activities for the kids.

July 12  5:30 to 8:30, Music in the Park returns with the band, Twisted Livin'.  Romanelli's will have their beer and wine garden, and the food trucks featured will include Dominic's Tavern and Donut NV.

Aug 9  5:30 to 8:30, Music in the Park featuring the Blue Street Band.  The food trucks will be Dominic's Tavern and Donut NV and Romanelli's will be there with their beer and wine garden.

Aug 17  The Big 250th Celebration of Galloway.  This event is expected to be huge with food trucks, a beer and wine garden, a car show, kids activities, and music by the Jim Crane Band and fresh off her performance on The Voice, Mara Justine.

Sept 6   5:30 to 8:30, Music in the Park featuring food trucks, Decadence, and Chillin'Out Ice Cream.  Romanelli's will be back with their beer and wine garden.  Check out music by the band, BJAM.

Sept 28   2p to 8p is the End of Summer Food Truck Bash.  15-20 food trucks are expected, the band Cheers will be on stage 4-8, there will be a car show, and a food competition, and at 8, they close out the summer with a giant fireworks show.
