Are you tired even after a good night's rest?  There could be a number of reasons for that, but one you might consider is vitamin B12 deficiency. 

A B12 deficiency can lead to tiredness, weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, and a certain type of  anemia.

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep the body's nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Most people in the United States get enough vitamin B12 from the foods they eat. But up to 15% of people have trouble either absorbing B12 or just not getting enough. 

Vitamin B12 is found in beef, pork, eggs, milk, p,cottage cheese and fish along with fortified foods such as cereal. It is not found in plants, so vegans and vegetarians might consider a supplement. Our body doesn't make vitamin B12, so we need to have regularly since we can’t store it for very long.
