Vaccine Needed If You Visited This New Jersey Dunkin’

The Gloucester County Health Department is advising customers who visited the Turnersville Dunkin' between May 18th - June 1st to receive a vaccine. According to NJ.com, an employee of the Dunkin' on Hurffville-Crosskeys Road in Turnersville has Hepatitis A and may have infected both employees and customers.

The health department has stated that the risk of infection is low, however they advise a vaccine. According to the article, after receiving a vaccine employees will be allowed to return to work.

Symptoms of Hepatitis A do not appear immediately, it could take over 2-4 weeks before someone exhibits the symptoms such as: "...fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, dark urine, clay-colored bowel movement, joint pain and jaundice..."

The county is advising customers and employees to receive the vaccine before June 15th.
