Sweet Stanley is Looking for an Only Pet Home – Pet of the Week
Every Thursday morning at 7:10 am on the Lite Rock Morning Show, the Humane Society of Ocean City introduces the new Lite Rock Pet of the Week.
If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, please consider adopting from the Humane Society of Ocean City, a no-kill shelter recognized as one of the nation’s top ten animal shelters.
This week we met Stanley the dog.
Here's some information on Stanley from the Humane Society of Ocean City:
"Stanley is a friendly, affectionate, gentle, and sweet 9-year-old mixed breed dog. He would love a quiet home where he can get a little bit of running around in the yard and then doze on the couch or on his bed basking in the sun.
Stanely has a medium-length coat.
He does not like to share his food or treats so his owners need to understand they can't just take things from him. He has done well on walks passing by other dogs but would prefer to be on his own in a home.
Stanley is looking fur that very special person that understands all the love and companionship that a senior dog like him has to offer and is willing to make "Stan" their "Man"❤"
If you would like to visit Stanley or need more information about any animal up for adoption at The Humane Society of Ocean City, call 609-398-9500 to make an appointment.
To adopt from the HSOC, you will need one form of identification, which includes your name, permanent address, and proof of ownership (i.e., local tax stub). If you rent, written approval from your landlord is required as well as personal identification.
