Elyze is Social, Sweet & Playful – Pet of the Week
Every Thursday morning at 7:10 am on the Lite Rock Morning Show, the Humane Society of Ocean City introduces the new Lite Rock Pet of the Week.
If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, please consider adopting from the Humane Society of Ocean City, a no-kill shelter recognized as one of the nation’s top ten animal shelters.
This week we met Elyze the dog.
Here's some information on Elyze from the Humane Society of Ocean City...
"Elyze (affectionately referred to as Snowflake by our volunteers) is a year and a half old mixed breed (Terrier?) dog who came to The HSOC from another shelter.
She is a very social, sweet, and playful girl. One of the first things you may notice about Elyze is her unique smile and her bold white coat.
Elyze's personality is perfect because she is playful like a puppy, but is also very patient. She would do well in a home with adults, children, cats, or other dogs.
She is good-looking, athletic, and smart. Elyze is the complete package and would love for you to stop by the Humane Society of Ocean City Shelter so she can get to know you."

To adopt from the HSOC, you will need one form of identification, which includes your name, permanent address, and proof of ownership (i.e., local tax stub). If you rent, written approval from your landlord is required as well as personal identification.
