New Bar to Open in Ocean City NJ…Not What You Think

Ocean City is about to get a new bar, a juice bar.  Pure Green offers a wide array of healthy choices to quench your thirst and appetite.

Pure Green will be opening at 801 East 8th Street.  This is where Heart Beet used to be located.

Best known for their unique, and colorful smoothies, with such names as Blue Royale.  The Blue Royale consists of blueberries, almond butter, coconut, grass-fed whey protein, and almond milk.

The Pink Dragon is another smoothie they offer.  It's bright pink and features dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, pure coconut, and coconut water.

They also offer a wide variety of acai bowls.  Acai is a dark purple berry.  They blend these berries with various other natural ingredients to create a base.  Then they add various toppings.

They offer several acai bowl options, including something they call the Pure Pitaya.  This is a beautiful combination of dragon fruit blended with mango, pineapple, banana, and coconut water to create the base, and it's topped with blueberries, strawberries, and hemp granola.  The end result is a bright healthy meal.

Pure Green is a franchise based out of Florida.  They started in New York City in 2004.  As people became more health conscience, and demand for more natural meals grew, they expanded into a wholesaler, delivering their products to retailers.

Today, they're a newer franchise that's been expanding.  They currently have about 26 locations, mostly on the East Coast, but plan to continue growing.

Pure Green will have their Grand Opening on Memorial Day.
