Crunch Bar is New Jersey’s Favorite Halloween Candy for 2020

Halloween, the most spookiest time of the year is almost here and so many of us will celebrate with costumes, parties, fun family events and of course lots of Halloween candy.

Once again, the folks at Zippia have put together a list of each state's favorite Halloween Candy with data comprised from Google Trends.

Starburst was the top candy in the U.S. with 6 states ranking it as number one including Alabama, Georgia, Iowa, North Dakota, South Carolina and Texas. I'm sure chocolate lovers must be shaking their heads.

While we're on the subject of chocolate, Nestle's Crunch Bar was the top candy of the Garden State for Halloween 2020.

Crunch Bar isn't a bad choice but, it  wouldn't be at the top of my favorite candy list. When it comes to chocolate, I can't get enough of Milky Way or Almond Joy bars. Every Halloween I would raid my boys Halloween stash looking for them. They finally got wise and started to hide them from me.

Of course this will also be a different Halloween amid the ongoing concerns of COVID-19. The CDC recommends wearing a mask other than your Halloween mask, and continue to practice social distancing to keep everyone safe and happy this Halloween season.
