Somers Point Police shared a series of videos on Facebook showing an out-of-control driver who was involved in a hit-and-run crash on Sat. Oct 29. Police hope you can help identify the driver by watching these videos.

The police report says the person they are looking for was driving an older model Dodge pickup truck with a ladder rack and toolbox in the rear of the bed.

Police can be sure of this because while the driver was speeding away from the scene the truck hit a fence that separates the Ocean Heights Manor Apartments and the Carriage House Apartments.

When that happened, the entire bed of the pickup was dislodged from the vehicle and left at the scene. The driver took off without the bed of the vehicle and was last seen heading north on Rt. 9.

In one of the videos, two men are seen walking through the apartment building parking lot. A short time later, the video shows the truck speeding off. In the post, the driver is described as a clean-shaven, heavy-set white male, possibly in his 30's.

In the rear window of the truck bed is a sticker that appears to be a Navy sticker.

Watch the four videos attached to this post and see if you recognize the suspect or the truck involved in this hit-and-run.
