If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, please consider adopting from the Humane Society of Ocean City, a no-kill shelter recognized as one of the nation’s top ten animal shelters.

This week we met Margarita the cat...

Here's some information on Margarita from the Humane Society of Ocean City...

"Margarita is a social, black and white cat who has been at the shelter since 2011.

She is about 11 years old. She was brought in at about a year of age when someone found her dumped in a feral cat colony.

Margarita loves to be petted and brushed. She would love a quiet home that will give her time to come around since it’s been so long that she lived in a home. She would be fine as an only cat or would be happy with others.

Please contact one of our adoption counselors for more information. All cats are up to date with vaccines and have been spayed or neutered. The HSOC also provides each pet adopted by us with a 10% lifetime discount to our veterinary center."
