Every Thursday morning at 7:10am on the Lite Rock Morning Show, the Humane Society of Ocean City introduces the new Lite Rock Pet of the Week.

If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, please consider adopting from the Humane Society of Ocean City, a no-kill shelter recognized as one of the nation’s top ten animal shelters.

This week we met Keeva the cat...

Here's some information on Hyatt from the Humane Society of Ocean City...

Keeva is a very sweet, 3 year old girl. She came into the shelter as a kitten with her sister. Her sister has been adopted but Keeva is still here.

She would love someone to sit with and feed her treats. Keeva loves treats and will squeak for them. She is good with quiet dogs and cats that won’t bully her.

Keeva takes a little time to come around with new people but once she knows you she’s a lovable girl that likes to be pet. Please won’t you give this girl a chance to shine?

Please contact one of our adoption counselors for more information. All cats are up to date with vaccines and have been spayed or neutered. The HSOC also provides each pet adopted by us with a 10% lifetime discount to our veterinary center."
