The Vineland Police Department is asking for your help as they try to identify the riders  of dirt bikes and ATV's that raised havoc while riding through the city on Friday.

According to police, they received a number of complaints Friday about a group of illegal dirt bikes and ATV riders "that had been riding all around town in and out of the roadway".

In a Facebook post about the dirt bikers, police said they were able to catch up with one of the bikers after his dirt bike ran out of gas. But, the biker jumped on to the back of another man's dirt bike and the two rode off, managing to evade the police..

Police were able to catch images of the two bikers on a police officer's body cam and they are hoping someone will recognize the two and help them with the men's identities.

In the comments section of the police Facebook post, a number of people have commented about encountering as many as 15 of the bikers doing wheelies, speeding and riding recklessly on Delsea Drive and Sherman Avenue on Friday.

Wonderful. They were riding wheelies down Sherman yesterday at 4pm. At least 15 of them.

Just spotted an ATV driving at its top speed southbound on Delsea Drive.

I had two on a four wheeler yesterday try to run me off the road and then gave me the finger as if I was in the wrong. They were driving completely crazy!!!

Vineland Police ask that If you are able to identify either of the men shown in the photos or you know anything about them or the bikes that you contact Officer Ward by email at wward@vinelandcity.org, call (856) 691-4111 #4190 or send an anonymous tip to VPD.TIPS. VPD Case 21-14133.
