South Jersey’s Richest Towns Revealed in New Survey
South Jersey is home to some of the most beautiful towns in all of the Garden State. Have you ever wondered what towns are some of the wealthiest in New Jersey?
There's a recent survey from NJ.com which breaks down the richest towns in all of New Jersey county by county. The data used to compile and compare the lists comes from the 2013-2017 American Community Survey Census Bureau and estimates from the years 2008-2012.
The richest town in Atlantic County is Linwood with a median income of $91,861 and the richest town in Cape May County is Stone Harbor with a median income of $101,406. The average median income for the state, according to the report is $76,475.
Point Pleasant tops the richest towns list in Ocean County, Haddonfield in Camden County and Lawrence Township in Burlington County.
