Show Us Your Shoes, Boat Show, Food Trucks – Weekend Happenings

Many things surrounding Miss America this year seem a little troubled and turbulent, but one annual event promises to be as much fun as ever. The 2018 Miss America 'Show Your Shoes Parade', a favorite with many locals, steps off rain or shine at 4:45p Saturday, Sept 8 and makes its way down the Atlantic City Boardwalk from New Jersey to Albany Aves.

The 51 Miss America hopefuls, decked out in state-themed costumes and those wacky and wonderful custom shoe creations, along with floats and marching bands will be on hand to show us a good time.  Admission is free.
