Jon Bon Jovi has been a busy guy since getting past his health issues.

Last month, he's seen the release of the long-awaited docuseries about his band, Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story

A couple of weeks ago, he attended his son's wedding (at the same chapel in Las Vegas where he tied the knot).

All the while he's been preparing for the release of his band's sixteenth studio album, and last week he appeared on American Idol.

Oh, and then there's talk of a possible tour later this year.

But wait, there's more!

According to a story reported by Los Angeles television station, KATV, Jon Bon Jovi may be coming to television as the new judge on American Idol, where he'd be replacing the departing Katy Perry.

Katy Perry, a pretty busy performer in her own right, announced earlier this year that she wouldn't be returning to American Idol where she, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Ritchie were judges on the music competition.

As of now, the story just seems to share the rumor of the possibility, but putting a Jersey boy like Jon Bon Jovi on a show like this could be interesting.

Needless to say, those of us from New Jersey, aren't known for holding back our opinions.
