No doubt, the Pleasantville Fire Department had an extremely busy (and dangerous) Thursday morning.

Firefighters were called to battle a blaze that broke out in a store off of North Main Street in Pleasantville around 2:30 in the morning on Thursday. According to 6abc.com, the fire was extremely intense. So much so that the blaze eventually spread to a neighboring apartment complex.

A video has been posted that showcases the fire raging through the night within the apartments on Main Street featuring some pretty wild flames shown streaming from the top of the building. Truth be told, there isn't much information to go on regarding what caused the fire or even which departments wound up being on scene to fight the blaze.

It's currently unknown, but logic would have you assume that the store, Lee's Community Thrift Shop, was empty at the time the fire broke out since it was in the middle of the night. As previously mentioned, the firefighters arrived to the scene around 2:30 a.m., but it's unclear how long the fire was burning before authorities were called.

The best thing anyone can hope for as an outcome to this incident is that there will continue to be no future report of any injuries to either the firefighters or residents. Like the video says, as of right now, there haven't been any injuries reported from either party.
