In a post released to their Facebook page, the Margate PD is warning pedestrians to watch when and where they're walking so to avoid any kind of accidental injury. The Margate police also warn drivers to not rush towards a green light if there are people already in the crosswalk.

Bottom line, they want everyone to be aware of the laws so they can be properly followed and everyone can have a happy and safe summer and Memorial Day Weekend.
