The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office wants the public to know that the man charged in last week's fatal shooting of a man leaving the Vineland Wawa is still on the loose and should be considered armed and dangerous.

19-year-old Shaqwil Marlow of Vineland has been charged with murder in the shooting death of a 23-year-old Luis Rivera last Thursday evening at the Wawa at Park Avenue and Delsea Drive.

In a press release, Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said police are attempting to locate Shaqwil Marlow, of Sixth Street.

In addition to the murder charge, Marlow has been charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and criminal mischief.

Rivera, 23, of Pine Street in Vineland, died after being shot while leaving the convenience store, according to police.

GoFundMe page to help pay for Rivera's funeral arrangements has been set up by his girlfriend Nyasia Almodovar. On the page, Almodovar says Rivera was a father of four.

...my son has to grow up with no father figure in his life my daughters can’t experience their first daddy and daughter dance and I can’t marry my soul mate the only man I ever knew, But sadly we lost him to gun violence January 13 this is the most painful experience for me and my family.

Police ask anyone with information on Marlow’s whereabouts to call Vineland Police Detective Christopher Fixler at 856-460-0806.
