Friday the 13th - A camp near Blairstown, Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco, was the site of many scenes in this legendary horror flick. It's called Camp Crystal Lake now, and it is not open to the public.
Amityville Horror - In addition to the scenes filmed in Point Pleasant, the famous house in the movie is in Toms River.

War of the Worlds - Many people don't consider this a horror movie, but regardless, there were scenes filmed in Bayonne and Newark.
Other horror movies that were filmed in New Jersey include The Toxic Avenger (Bergen & Passaic Counties), The Unborn (Jersey City), and The Prowler (Cape May).
