Guy Wins $194K on First Spin Playing Atlantic City Online Slots

There is lucky and then there is Anibal Lopes. Lopes, a north Jersey guy, won nearly $194,000 on his first spin of an Atlantic City online slots game Monday night. you kidding me? Lopes told the Associated Press he was a little bored after work Monday, so he created an account on the playsugarhouse.com website, affiliated with Atlantic City's Golden Nugget Casino.

After choosing the slots game Divine Fortune, Lopes,33, won the payday on his very first spin. The progressive jackpot had been building since September.

Winning that much money could make you a little weak in the knees, as Lopes told the AP...

“I thought, ‘This is not happening,’ ” he said. “I couldn’t believe I won that much money. I told my wife: ‘I don’t feel well. My legs are shaking.’ She said, ‘We need to get you to the emergency room.’ I told her, ‘No, I’m not sick; I just won close to $194,000!'”

The family plans to use the money to pay bills and start a savings account for their 6-year-old son.
