The festival, already postponed from July, was to have featured 30 food trucks, live music, a car show, family activities and fireworks.

Tuesday, an announcement was posted on the Township of Galloway Facebook page explaining what was called a difficult decision.

At an event with crowds of this size, current limitations on outdoor gatherings and social distancing requirements are difficult to maintain and we want to ensure the safety of our residents.

Organizers promised to return bigger and better in 2021.  Let's hope so!
