
Free COVID-19 Testing Available In Atlantic County, New Jersey
It's hard to believe that it's almost been a year since the first COVID testing site for First responders opened up in Atlantic City in the parking lot of the Showboat Hotel.
Free COVID-19 testing sites are still available at many locations throughout New Jersey including Atlantic County. According to the Press of Atlantic City and the New Jersey Department of Health, free covid testing will be available during the months of March and April.
Here are the following locations, dates, and times where you get free COVID-19 testing for the next two months in Atlantic County:
Atlantic City Convention Center:
- 9 AM to 4 PM -3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20 and 4/27
- 11 AM to 5 PM- 3/15, 3/22, 3,29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19 and 4/26
- 2:30 to 7 PM- 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21 and 4/28
Southern Jersey Family Medical Center- 932 Main Street in Pleasantville
- 11 AM to 2 PM every Wednesday

The list for those eligible for the vaccine will be expanded even further starting March 29th according to the Galloway Patch.
The newly expanded vaccine list will now include the following essential frontline workers:
- Food protection including grocery and restaurant workers
- Eldercare and support
- Warehousing and logistics
- Social services support staff
- Hospitality
- Elections Personal
- Medical supply chain
- Postal and shipping services
- Clergy
- Judicial System
