Absecon, NJ Police Need Help Locating Vehicle Involved in Fatality

The Absecon Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a vehicle that was allegedly involved in a fatal hit-and-run last week.

The victim of the hit-and-run was just 17 years old.

The accident took place on February 17th on Route 30 near the Executive Lodge Motel.  The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Absecon Police Searching for White Jeep Compass

Police are looking for a white 2015 Jeep Compass with the New Jersey license plates L92-PLY.

Police say the vehicle sustained heavy front-end damage in the accident.
