If you're from Jersey, the love of a good mall is literally in your DNA. Yesterday I was reminiscing about how much the mall meant to my friends and me growing up, especially in the ’80s. It was a staple in our lives for shopping, eating, entertainment, and simply loitering. I was sure I wasn't alone so I turned to Facebook to see what '80s stores you would want to bring back and your list was fantastic. In fact, I forgot about a bunch of them until you posted!  I would personally bring back Original Au Coton.  Do you remember that one?  I loved their baggy colorful sweatshirts even though they were all the same.  I also remember saving all my babysitting money to buy a pair of Z. Cavaricci pants for like $200 dollars which back then could have bought me a decent used car.

Let me tell you, your list did not disappoint! One was better than the next...as you scroll through get ready to get all the feels...I miss the good old days. Who knows, maybe we CAN get some of them back if this post gets enough traction. Share this on social media and maybe the internet fairies will sprinkle some magic dust on it.

Now I feel like I should go get my hair feathered at Pro Haircutters and go see the Karate Kid! The ’80s were so great that my daughter is actually mad that she was not born then.  She can't believe how good the fashion, movies, and music were. Let’s just say it, we rocked so hard in the '80s that people still talk about it today.
