Ventnor Plaza Plans August Opening for Three New Businesses
Ventnor Plaza developer Mark Greco is giving an August timetable for the next three additions to the shopping center on Wellington Avenue.
Greco and his partners began a revitalization project of the plaza two years ago with the repaving of the parking lot and improvements to the lighting, landscaping, and signage.
Several new businesses have opened in Ventnor Plaza, including Ivy Nail Salon, Little Sprouts Daycare, Pickle Juice pickleball, and Provenza Restaurant and Event Center.
The new Burger King and Fratelli's Pizza have just opened.
When Greco took control of Ventnor Plaza, the vacancy rate was over 40%. Soon it will be near capacity.
New Businesses Opening In August at Ventnor Plaza
Price $ Less, a discount store selling clothing, apparel, shoes, and small appliances is set to open on Thursday, August 1.
Greens and Grains, a chain of plant-based restaurants, serving vegetarian and vegan salads, sandwiches, bowls, and smoothies relocated from its location on Ventnor Avenue in Margate. It will open in Ventnor Plaza on Aug. 8.
The construction of the new Starbucks is nearly complete and the store is expected to open on Aug. 15.
Greco told the Press of Atlantic City that business owners at Ventnor Plaza are reporting increased sales and traffic.
I can tell you as a shopper, Ventnor Plaza has a much better vibe than it did a couple of years ago. Keep up the good work and the improvements.
