Looking for a way to really get in the Christmas spirit in South Jersey? Take the gang to Boardwalk Hall during the month of December to experience the sixth annual Deck the Hall -- Festival of Trees".

Lite 96.9 WFPG, South Jersey's Christmas Station is thrilled to be a sponsor of this year's Deck The Hall - Festival of Trees.

See the custom-decorated Christmas trees filling the lobby at Boardwalk Hall throughout the month of December.

Local businesses and organizations have contributed to helping CASA, (Court Appointed Special Advocates - CASA For Children of Atlantic, Cape May, and Camden Counties.) and custom-decorated their trees to best express their tidings of joy for the Christmas season.

The Deck The Hall - Festival of Trees will be free and open for the public to walk through during all hours the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall lobby is open.

The Deck the Hall event has raised $52,000 for CASA, an organization with volunteers who speak on behalf of abused and neglected children in the foster care system and are dedicated to ensuring those children are placed in safe permanent homes as quickly as possible.

Without giving away too many surprises, here's some information about the 2022 Deck The Hall - Festival Of Trees.

This year's Festival of Trees features 33 uniquely-decorated trees. Two highlights: the carpenter's union tree is upside-down and the Calvi Electric tree is in the shape of a red pickup truck.

The famous Boardwalk pipe organ will be providing the soundtrack for tree viewing with holiday recitals at noon daily from Dec. 2 - 23 by the Historic Organ Restoration Comity (HORC).
