15-Year-Old Girl Murdered in Atlantic City

Officials are investigating the murder of a teenage girl in Atlantic City this morning. Around 9 AM Thursday morning on South Massachusetts Avenue police removed a body bag from a home. According to the Press of Atlantic City, officials confirmed a homicide investigation was ongoing.

Few details have been released to the public. The shooting seems to have taken place in the early morning hours on Thursday according to an unnamed source to the Press.

BreakingAC confirmed the victim was a teenage girl earlier this morning.

UPDATE:

The Atlantic City Prosecutor's Office released new information as of 12:00 PM this afternoon stating that the girl was 15-years-old and that a call was made at 4:17 AM to the Atlantic City Police Department.
