According to 6ABC, the pregnant woman says she left Virtua Voorhees Hospital after she was told upon arrival at the hospital that her husband had to wait in the car during labor and delivery because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Erin Persia checked into the hospital, but after suffering a panic attack the woman decided to go back home.

Persia started having contractions again and fearing she couldn’t make it back to the hospital, she got into the bathtub and with help from her husband, gave birth to their fourth child.

Ameila Gracelyn Persia was born April 3 at 10:30 a.m. with the help of her husband in the family's bathtub of their Blackwood home.

The woman and her new child are doing great.
