Nonessential stores have been given the green light and will finally be opening their doors after being closed since mid-March thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are now starting to enter Phase 2 of the state's reopening plan which includes nonessential stores to reopen but, with only 50% capacity. You may once again, have to wait in a line to go into your favorite store.

Other restrictions include customers having to enter the store with a mask or face covering. The only way you'll be exempt from wearing a mask is if you have a medical condition.

Shoppers who are considered high-risk individuals will have special shopping hours. There will also be Plexiglas barriers for the cashiers and customers safety. All areas used my employees will be sanitized on a regular basis.

You will have to wait just a bit longer for that much need haircut or hair coloring as barbershops and salons will be the next to open their doors the following week on June 22nd.
