
NJ State Police issue tips to ward off holiday ‘porch pirates’
It's become a far more common crime: Packages left by deliverymen, then stolen from doorsteps, stoops and porches by thieves.
Those culprits have come to be known as "porch pirates," and for the holiday season, the State Police is listing the steps you can take to thwart these raiders' efforts.
