Today has therefore become labeled Black Out Tuesday to show that we, as a country, are not okay with the racial injustices that continue to happen here in the USA.

But did you happen to notice that the majority of news outlets reported on the violent protests more than anything?

Sure, some protests have morphed into people destroying property and rioting, but there have also been countless PEACEFUL protests that have taken place that I have not seen discussed on the news.

So here it is - the amazing New Jersey residents who have come together peacefully for change.

I will never be able to understand what it is like to be on the receiving end of racism, bigotry and hatred. But what I can offer below, are photos that show that we are headed in a positive direction that has one thing in mind: change.

These positive and peaceful protests are something we want to continue to shine a spotlight on here at Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG.

Feel free to send your photos to Nicole.Murray@townsquaremedia.com.

I am sending nothing but love and positive vibes to all.
