New Complaints About the Jersey Shore
You learn a lot by perusing the local pages on Facebook.
Over the last few days, I've seen some complaints from visitors to the shore that made me scratch my head.
It seems like a lot of locals, who are always looking for reasons to pick on visitors, have taken the complaints and added a few of their own, albeit in a satirical fashion. Can you guess which complaints are real, and which are not?
- A visitor posted a picture of a sand bar at a South Jersey beach. The picture was accompanied by the complaint that with all the money collected in badge fees, how is it they can't get the water off the beach?
- There were a few variations of this one: Too many inconsiderate people blasting (pick one) Country, Rap, Rock, Taylor Swift music.
- I can't believe they don't do anything about all these flies. Can't they spray the beach to get rid of them?

- The walk from the boardwalk to the water is so far, and the sand is hot. They should build a sidewalk to make it easier.
- The sea lice situation was horrible this weekend. My rash is itching like crazy.
- Traffic to the shore this year seems worse than I've seen in a long time. Then, finding parking once we got there was crazy.
- There are too many people on the beach. I drove an hour and I half to get here, and I can't enjoy it because it's too crowded.
