🔺   NJ State Police and Essex County Sheriff's Office is searching for missing man

🔺   The man is 21-year-old Timothy Robinson.  He is developmentally delayed and does know he is missing.

🔺   He is not a danger to himself or others.  He did NOT commit a crime.

 

 

It's a nightmare no family wants to endure.

A family member vanishes and leaves no clues to their whereabouts.

This is what a North Jersey family is currently enduring.

The New Jersey State Police are asking for the public's assistance in bringing this missing person home.

The New Jersey State Police missing person's unit and the Essex County Sheriff's office are searching for 21-year-old Timothy Robinson.

The young man was last seen on Wednesday, December 17 in the early afternoon as he was leaving Essex County Hospital Center in Cedar Grove.

Complicating the situation is the fact that Timothy is said to be developmentally delayed.

They say the young man doesn't know that he's missing.

Timothy is NOT a danger to himself or others.

Authorities describe Timothy as a black male who is 5 foot 8 inches tall.

He weighs approximately 130-150 pounds.

Timothy has brown eyes and black hair that features a buzz-cut/fade-cut style.

He is said to have facial hair.

When Timothy Robinson was last seen, he was wearing black sweatpants, black sweatshirt, back Crocs, and a blue/grey coat.

If you see Timothy or have information that may be helpful in helping him get home, you are asked to call the Essex County Sheriff's Office tip line at 973-621-4111.

Timothy is NOT wanted for committing a crime, and authorities stress he is not a danger to himself or others.
