The disappearance of a young Ocean City man in 2009 remains unsolved nearly two decades later.
Missing for 17 Years
According to the FBI, John T. Weisbecker was last seen on March 11, 2009, at his home in Ocean City.
The agency is still offering a $50,000 reward for information.
In 2021, KYW-TV reported on his disappearance and said he was last seen at his family's home near 2nd and Asbury on that date. A local mail carrier was the last to see him.
The FBI says "The circumstances of his disappearance have led law enforcement officials to believe that Weisbecker may not have left his home voluntarily."
Police remain cautious about sharing details to avoid compromising their investigation.
