
Top County Lawman Recognizes Atlantic City, NJ, Hospital President
Atlantic County Prosecutor Will Reynolds hosted their 2025 Awards Luncheon held on October 29, 2025 at the Carriage House in Galloway Township, New Jersey.

It's an honor to accept this recognition on behalf of the more than 6,500 AtlantiCare team members, many of whom work alongside first responders and public safety partners in some of the most difficult moments people face," he said. Charlton and AtlantiCare was selected for their public safety record with respect to its emergency rooms, psychiatric interventions, violence intervention programs, and more.

Charlton and the hospital have partnered with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office with the following programs:
- Arrive Together and barricaded individuals initiatives.
- pairing behavioral health specialists with law enforcement.
- The ACLead and Opt for Help and Hope substance abuse diversion program(s).

Prosecutor William Reynolds hosted the event “as an opportunity to extend the agency's heartfelt appreciation to all law enforcement agencies, first responders, community partners, and families. Their support makes possible ACPO's mission, which is to provide professional leadership and guidance through the coordination of law enforcement resources to safeguard and protect the citizens by detection, arrest, prosecution and conviction of criminal offenders,” said Reynolds.

- Christopher D'Esposito of the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office as Assistant Prosecutor of the Year.
- Eugene Soracco of the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office as Detective of the Year.
- Kevin Brady of the Egg Harbor Township Police Department as Police Officer of the Year.
