The Atlantic County, New Jersey Sheriff’s Department has announced the capture of 3 of the Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives.
These 3 accomplishments occurred within two weeks of Atlantic County Sheriff Joe O’Donoghue announcing a new Top 10 Most Wanted list.

FUGITIVE QUINCY KNIGHT
CAPTURED — August 18, 2026
The Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that Knight was arrested by the Pleasantville Police Department.
The Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department has offered a special thank you to Chief Stacey Schlachter and her officers for the great police work capturing Knight.
FUGITIVE BRIAN NIXON
CAPTURED — August 28, 2026
The Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that Nixon was located and taken into custody in Pleasantville because of the efforts of:
- USMS Regional Fugitive Task Force Atlantic County Division.
- Atlantic County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit .
- New Jersey State Parole Board.
“Nixon surrendered without incident. Mr. Nixon was transported and lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility,” said the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department.
FUGITIVE ORATILE MOENG
CAPTURED — August 28, 2026
The Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that Moeng was located in Egg Harbor City and arrested following an investigation by the:
- USMS Regional Fugitive Task Force Atlantic County Division.
- Atlantic County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Warrant Unit.
The Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that Moeng was transported and is lodged ant the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
