
Atlantic County, NJ Sheriff’s Capture Fugitive Who Had Glock Gun

Atlantic County, New Jersey Sheriff Joe “Tokyo” O’Donoghue has confirmed that his department has arrested a known fugitive with 5 outstanding arrest warrants.
Dahmir Fuller-Faulkner Was Wanted For The Following:
Five (5) Superior Court Warrants
- #25001795-002 FTA PIA DIST/POSS CDS,
- #24003235-001 FTA SENTENCING MANUF/DISTR CDS,
- #21000834-002 FTA VOP POSS CDS/ANALOG,
- #20002784-002 FTA VOP ROBBERY-THREAT OR FEAR OF BODILY INJURY - ARMED.
- #23002716-001 FTA PTC EMPLOYING A JUVENILE IN COMMISSION OF A CRIME.
This includes first and second degree charges.
The Sheriff’s Encounter With A Known Fugitive
The Atlantic Sheriff Detectives announced themselves to Fuller-Faulkner and ordered him not to move.
He failed to comply with this direct order. Fuller-Faulkner turned to walk away, and proceeded to reach into his waistband.
The Sheriff Detectives performed controlled takedown and they were able to place Fuller-Faulkner in handcuffs.
The Sheriff Detectives Found Fuller-Faulkner In Possession Of:
- A loaded Glock 21 handgun, with an extended high-capacity magazine containing hollow-point ammunition.
- Suspected crack cocaine.
Fugitive Is Charged With:
- 2C:39-4A(1) POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR AN UNLAWFUL PUPOSE.
- 2C:39-5B(1) UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON.
- 2C:39-3F (1) POSSESSION OF HOLLOW POINT AMMUNITION.
- 2C:39-3J POSSESSION OF A HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINE.
- 2C:35-10A(1) POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE.
- 2C:29-1A OBSTRUCTION,
The charges hsve been placed on a Complaint Warrant, #0102 W 2025 003788. Fuller-Faulkner.
Fuller-Faulkner is currently bring housed at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
