This legendary tavern has been around forever.  The service at this place is exceptional.  It's warm and welcoming, and the food is pretty awesome.

A simple, but tasty dish, you'll love their spaghetti and meatballs.  Pair it up with their incredibly tasty baked eggplant rollatini and mangia.

Gigi's Pizza Pasta Steak  Rt 35N, Ortley Beach

Probably as close to eating at Mom's as you'll find down the shore.

Gigi takes great pride in her homemade sauce.  Her spaghetti and meatballs are an exceptional-tasting albeit expensive ($26) dish. These are very flavorful meatballs.

Capuano Ristorante  Clarksville Rd, West Windsor

I've never had a bad meal here.  Nice, relaxed atmosphere and attentive service.

I can recommend at least a half dozen items off their menu, but we're talking meatballs, so I recommend their meatball parmigiana sub.

It's not a glamourous choice, but certainly a delectable delight.

Waygu meat is known to be tender and rich in flavor.  IL Nido uses Waygu meat for their meatballs and serves them with an equally tasty sauce and pecorino.

Gervasio's Italian Family Restaurant Saddle Way, Chesterfield

You can probably refer to the Gervasios as the first family of Italian restaurants in the Trenton area.

When you visit Gervasio's, you're taken back in time to all the great Italian places that Chambersburg was known for.

Their penne with meatballs in ragu is a pure treat.

If you're from the area, you know that Carluccio's has exceptional pizza.

What you may not know, is that they have some delectable meatballs as well.  Order as an appetizer, but it could well serve as your main course.  They serve theirs with a nice scoop of herb ricotta cheese.
