Here's something spooky to get you into the spirit of Halloween. According to Google Trends data and the website FrontierBundles, New Jersey's favorite horror movie villain again this year is Frankenstein's Monster.

Eleven states including Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Arizona, South Carolina and Connecticut  have searched and rated Frankenstein's Monster as the most scariest horror movie villain for Halloween 2020.

Rounding out the Top 5 are Ghostface from Scream, Chucky from Child's Play, Alien from the movie Alien, and Norman Bates from Psycho. Pennywise the clown from Steven Kings It is next on the list. Pennywise would probably be higher on my list of horror villains especially since I'm not a big fan of clowns.

For 2018 and 2019, the number one favorite and most frightening horror movie villain in the entire U.S. was Jack Torrance form the movie The Shinning. I have to admit, Jack Torrance would have been be my top pick. The Shining continues to scare the you know what out of me whenever it comes on. It's still a horror classic to me.

Here's to a Happy and Safe Halloween 2020!
