I had a great time reading to the first graders at H.R. Swift Elementary School in Egg Harbor Township on Thursday as part of Read Across America Week, in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday.

Their teacher was nice enough to invite me in to read a Dr. Seuss book and talk to the kids afterward.

All the children were extremely well-behaved and happy to spend some time listening to a story being read to them. What fun!

While I was there, I recorded this audio message with the first graders for you to listen to. I know that parents especially will get a kick out of hearing your child's class in action. I hope you enjoy it.

This audio message was also played on the Lite 96.9 Feel Good Morning Show.
