Egg Harbor Twp, NJ, 10U Softball Team Heading to World Series

A hard-working, dedicated group of local girls is heading to the Babe Ruth Girls Softball World Series and needs your help to get there.

The Egg Harbor Township 10U girls softball team is heading to Treasure Coast, FL for the Babe Ruth girls softball World Series and with that, comes a major coast.

The team has three weeks to try and raise $30,000 and you can help.

The team is collecting donations through Venmo @EHT-10UAllstars or go to their Go fund me page here.

The team is also looking for business sponsors to help with their travel, lodging and everything else that comes with making a World Series appearance. I can vouch for them, there is a lot that goes into something like this, staying in hotels, eating out every day with the team, travel to and from the World Series location and more.

This would be the first ever team from not only the area, but also the first team from the Mid-Atlantic Region to capture a girls 10U World Series title.

If they win the World Series, they would join Atlantic Shore Babe Ruth baseball teams as local teams that have capture World Series titles.
