Lite Rock's nighttime host, Delilah, is one busy woman. Not only does she host a syndicated radio show that airs every night on about 170 stations across the country, including Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG, but she is also the mother of 14 children, 11 of whom are adopted.

Delilah is also involved in several charities, including her own foundation, called Point Hope, acting as a voice for forgotten children everywhere.

And then there are her home improvement projects.

Recently, Delilah has been posting on her Facebook page about a project she and her son have been working on for the past five months called the "Tree of Life Floor".

According to Delilah, the handmade floor consists of thousands of round pieces of wood, topped with two coats of colored varnish and six coats of sealant.

Delilah posted on Tuesday that she is now topping the floor with a coat of resin that she is injecting around each wood cookie and ceramic figure with a cow syringe. I'm not even sure what all that means, but it certainly does sound labor-intensive.

Delilah admits in her Facebook post that this work is "tedious but looks amazing".
