Brand New Egg Harbor Township Park Is Going to the Dogs

Looking for a dog park in EHT? Well you're in luck! Dog lovers and owners will now have a place of their own for their four-legged friends.

Shore New Today reports that the new EHT dog park had their official ground breaking ceremony recently! According to the article, the new park for "Fido", located along Swift Drive, has been in the works for over 8 years.

The work has been a labor of love for the Friends of the EHT Dog Park who have volunteered their time and contributed items needed for the completion of the park.

The cost for an annual membership will be $40 for Atlantic County residents, and all dogs will need to be properly vaccinated.

The brand new park for man's best friend will include a holding area, play area and three separate runs. Depending on the size of your dog, there are special play areas waiting for them! The grand opening is set for September.

Dog parks can benefit both humans and their pets. It's a great way to socialize your pet!
