From March 30 to April 2, the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is hosting a multiday hiring event to fill seasonal positions in food & beverage, security, and EVS (environmental services).
Seasonal employment will run from May 1 through Oct. 15 to support the resort’s bustling summer operations.
The event gives job seekers the chance to connect directly with hiring managers for roles across multiple departments.
Each day is dedicated to specific positions, and time slots are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Seasonal Hiring Event Schedule
- Monday, March 30: Security officers, 2–6 pm
- Tuesday, March 31: Bartenders, 9 am–noon; beverage servers, 2–6 pm
- Wednesday, April 1: Cooks, 9 a.m.–noon; kitchen stewards, 2–5 pm
- Thursday, April 2: EVS, 9 am–noon
The hiring event will be held in the Event Center at 1 Borgata Way in Atlantic City. Applicants must pre-register and have an active job application to attend.
Other Opportunities at Borgata
Borgata is also holding a hiring event for guest services positions in the front of the house. Jobs available include front desk clerks, retail sales associates, and customer care coordinators.
This event is part of a larger multi-day seasonal recruitment drive for the 2026 summer season. The estimated starting pay for seasonal Front Desk Representatives is $17 an hour.
The scheduled time for this hiring event is on Thursday, April 2, from 2- 5 pm in the ballroom Event Center at Borgata. The ad says to come 'dressed to impress'.
The ideal candidates for front desk positions should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of cash-handling experience.
The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
