If your prize is over $599.99, you must file a claim with the NJ Lottery.

Winners of the lottery may choose to remain anonymous, you will be required to provide the lottery with your legal ID.

They need your identification for tax purposes.  This is required by law.

If you think you have a winning ticket, but it is damaged, don't throw it away.

File a claim, and explain the issue.
