Join us at the 39th annual CONTACT  Avalon 5 Miler this Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30 AM at the Avalon Community Hall. The run starts at 8 AM and the two mile walk follows at 8:05 AM. Contact Cape-Atlantic makes daily reassurance calls to more than 225 elderly and disabled individuals in Atlantic and Cape May County
