When Joe O’Donoghue ran for the office of Sheriff of Atlantic County, he stressed his intention to aggressively pursue those who are wanted by the law.

Since becoming sheriff, he has lived up to his pledge, arresting many each month on warrants.

Sheriff Joseph O'Donoghue has made it clear if you have a warrant, you can turn yourself in, or he can provide a free ride.  One way or another, he intends to bring you in.

Among the most recent guests of the sheriff:

Dawn L. Davidson-Gonzalez, 43, of Atlantic City, was picked up on July 8 on a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

Vincent Johnson, 32, was arrested in Atlantic City on July 8 on a Superior Court warrant for shoplifting as well as a Municipal warrant from Absecon for $1,000.00.

On July 8, Kenneth Stewart, 56, a resident of Atlantic City, was arrested on 2 Superior Court warrants for Robbery and Theft by Unlawful Taking.

Kristen L. Faulkins, 39, of Atlantic City, was arrested on July 10 on a Superior Court warrant for Shoplifting.

Stefanie Dunn, 35, a resident of Galloway, was arrested on July 12 on a Superior Court warrant for Aggravated Assault and Shoplifting.

Christopher A. Torres, 25, a resident of Pleasantville, was picked up on July 12 on a warrant for weapons charges.

On July 15, Stacey L. Driscoll, 50, of Egg Harbor Twp., was arrested in Northfield on a Superior Court warrant for Conspiracy and 2 municipal warrants issued by Tuckerton and Bass River totaling $1,750.00.

Franco J. Catalioti, a 43-year-old resident of Galloway, was arrested in Galloway on July 16th on a Superior Court warrant for Cruelty to Animals.

All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
