
AC Man Busted Again With Drugs Outside Manahawkin Walmart
An Atlantic City man was arrested for the second time this year after police say he was found to have methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia near the Manahawkin Walmart.
Kevin Gallagher, 48, of Atlantic City. was spotted on the scene during a police surveillance operation and identified as a person having outstanding warrants.
Atlantic City Man Arrested in Stafford Township
Kevin Gallagher was arrested at about 6:40 pm on April 24 outside the Walmart. The police recognized him and knew he had an outstanding active warrant, according to a release from the Stafford Township Police Department.
The same scenario had played out with Gallagher outside the Manahawkin Walmart in January, and police had arrested him.
Similarly, police searched the area outside the store and found an amount of meth, drug paraphernalia, and a cleaver-style knife.
Back to Ocean County Jail
After being processed at Stafford Township Police Department, Gallagher was taken to Ocean County Jail while he is waiting for a detention hearing in the Ocean County Superior Court.
