5 Rare Billy Joel Performances [VIDEO]

Billy is back in Philly! For the third year in a row, the 'Piano Man' himself will once again perform all of hits this summer live in Philadelphia.

6 ABC reports that Billy Joel will play live at Citizens Bank Park on July 9th!

Tickets will go on sale this Friday, January 29th. This is the fifth time that Joel will play at the home of the Philadelphia Phillies.
