The “Night of Philly Soul” will start at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 28, at the Ocean City Music Pier and will be a perfect warmup for Ocean City’s Night in Venice on Saturday, July 29. The Night in Venice theme this year is “It’s a Philly Thing”1994.
